If you are buying one of these services you should have already purchased BANS.  The templates I convert work with WordPress in the root directory and BANS in a subfolder, usually /store.  You need to have WordPress and BANS already installed, unless you want to buy a full installation service.  If you are purchasing a full installation of WordPress and BANS I will need to confirm that you have purchased BANS before I do any setup.  It most cases we will need to see your BANS confirmation email.

    Hi Bryan,
Saw your forum posting in regard to Wordpress. I currently have a BANS store. I would like to have wordpress on root and the store at /store. I am not adverse to using the arthemia theme as you have done in the demo - how hard is it to modify/change colors to look more “feminine”? If it’s a bugger, have you come across any more wordpress themes that would look more like a handbag site “right out of the box”?

Please do tell me how much you’d charge to set my existing site up and the timeframe to do so.

    Thanks!

    Allison,

It wouldn’t be that hard at all to make the template more feminine. I can even incorporate you existing logo into the header. I will send you an email with the information.

I took a look at your site. If your site is already indexed and getting decent traffic it may be worth it to keep BANS in the root and WordPress in the /blog subfolder. I can still use the Arthemia theme with that setup.

I like the look and feel of the template you are using.
I would prefer to use bans as the root and have the blog in a folder,
How hard would that be accomplish?

    Thanks,

    Hi Bryan,
I am trying to setup the site following the directions you had given for the blog in the root, and the store in a /store directory.
I get the following error message when I try to view the store
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_VARIABLE in /home/scrapboo/public_html/store/themes/arthemia/header.php on line 1

    Thanks,
    Rob

  6. Rob,

Sent you an email, should be an easy fix.
